Entry-Level Recruiting: Identi-fyi creates a campus presence at specific Colleges / Universities to begin a broad-based, grassroots marketing campaign to make the students aware of the opportunities in Northeast Ohio. Identi-fyi markets the hiring needs of our clients and will work with a student to "shine the spotlight" on the opportunities that would be of particular interest to them.

Marketing of Northeast Ohio: In addition to marketing the thousands of open positions that are available in Northeast Ohio we also focus on the lifestyle that is available in our region. From housing to recreational sports to philanthropy to social… we cover it all. We like to call it the "stuff" that one enjoys when not working.

Post-Hire Community Engagement: Identi-fyi conducts on-site presentations on the plethora of activities that are available in Northeast Ohio for new hires. Topics include; email lists to subscribe to, events to attend, clubs of interest, odd activities that are coming up, etc. These sessions are designed to fit the size of the group and are also available for groups of recruits that are in town for interviews.

Access to Students: All of our hiring partners have access to the Identi-fyi database of college students. This allows our partners (clients) to conduct a search based upon graduation date, interest area, etc. and allows them to follow-up with a particular candidate of interest.
